Baking Tanya Burr’s Cookies

I recently made triple chocolate cookies using Tanya Burr’s recipe from her book “Love Tanya”.  If you don’t have her book you can also find the full recipe on her blog (  


Tanya’s recipe includes Daim bars but I just used Milky Bar and Dairy Milk. 

I creamed together the sugar and butter before sieving in the flour and cocoa powder. 



I then broke up both chocolate bars, stirred it into the dough and split the mixture into 10 even balls.
I then baked these at 200°C for 11 minutes.  I am really happy with the way they turned out. They are super sweet and I love that the chunks of chocolate are still melty in the middle!
