I recently made triple chocolate cookies using Tanya Burr’s recipe from her book “Love Tanya”. If you don’t have her book you can also find the full recipe on her blog (http://ow.ly/RfAfL).
Tanya’s recipe includes Daim bars but I just used Milky Bar and Dairy Milk.
I creamed together the sugar and butter before sieving in the flour and cocoa powder.
I then broke up both chocolate bars, stirred it into the dough and split the mixture into 10 even balls.
I then baked these at 200°C for 11 minutes. I am really happy with the way they turned out. They are super sweet and I love that the chunks of chocolate are still melty in the middle!
