Halloween Makeup 2017 #1 Halloween Makeup for those who don’t Dress up

For my first Halloween look of 2017 I wanted to do something for those of you who want to look like they have made a Halloweeny effort but does not want to go all out with a full costume. I used colours that I associate with Halloween, orange, green and black to create a smokey Halloween eye look with a purple lip.

For the eyes I first applied a bright orange shade all over the lid before taking a matte black in the inner corner and across the inner and outer thirds of my eye.  I used a green shade to blend the black into the orange and to soften the black.  I used a black kohl liner on my upper and lower water line before running the black and orange shadow along my lower lash line and applying lots of mascara.

I applied my usual foundation, concealer and brows before adding some strong contour.  I used a hint of the green shadow in the contour too to tie the look together.  For highlight I used the orange shade from the Sleek highlight Palette. I ran this along my cheekbones, brow bone, nose and cupids bow.  I also added a touch to the centre of my lid over the orange shadow.

The whole look was finished off with this amazing purple lip from Makeup Revolution.
