January / February Favourites

I have not done a favourites post in quite a while so thought it was about time I did! I have quite a selection of different bits and bobs.

A few of these items you would have seen in my “what I got for Christmas” post so let’s start with those.  The Snow’ella body mist has been my go to scent since Christmas.  It’s soft and subtle and perfect for everyday.  I also love the bottle! I have mentioned before how much I love the Zoella Body mist bottles, they are simple, sturdy and pretty.  The added pom pom detail on this one is so cute too.  Sticking with Zoella products I have also been using the Zoella Shower Sauce everyday since Christmas.  It’s an amazing scent and even though it is a summer range it is defiantly a scent that works all year round.

My go too Mascara lately has been the Tanya Burr Selfielash.  It has a plastic wand which is not too big so is easy to apply.  It is a great formula, it does not smudge or transfer but it is easy to remove.  Again, the packaging is beautiful.

On an everyday basis I am definitely a lip balm girl but when I have wanted something a little more colourful the product I have been reaching for is the NYX Lingerie in Exotic. Is a fun coral shade, a great partner to a neutral eye.

Now this is a bit of an unusual item but if you are a bit more sensitive like me then you know that as much as you want to use the beautiful bubble baths your body will not thank you for it.  I recently picked up the Sanex Foam Bath Zero % and my body did thank me for it.  It creates amazing bubbles without being heavily scented.  It just smells fresh and clean.

For hair I have been using the Pro:Voke Touch of Silver Shampoo and Conditioner.  This has been great at keeping my blonde clean and bright without drying out my hair.  Another favourite in the cold weather has been bobble hats.  I love a good bobble hat.  This one is from New Look and is a lovely forest green chunky knit.

I have started reading Wilde like me by Louise Pentland.  I am only on chapter sixteen but I am really enjoying it.  It is a nice easy, before bed, read. I can’t wait to get back into it. For music this month I have been addicted to the Greatest Showman soundtrack! I missed out on seeing the film because it wasn’t something that automatically appealed to me but after hearing everybody rave about it I downloaded the soundtrack and I’m now so eager to see the film! I have pre-ordered the blu-ray and have watched all of the behind the scenes clips and interviews on Youtube.  I can’t wait for the release!

Have you seen the Greatest Showman?
